An intimate festival celebrating music, community and inclusivity.

Early May Bank Holiday Weekend 2027
Friday 30th April - Monday 3rd May

About
Tucked away in the rolling Welsh countryside, Shuffley Daze is a three-day celebration of music, community and inclusivity. A boutique music festival, nestled in a beautiful little pocket of nature where things feel a bit slower, a bit softer, and a lot more connected.
Born in 2022 as a private party for a group of fun-loving friends, it's grown into a fully fledged festival, welcoming some of the best new and emerging music around. Wall to wall with magnetic live performances, eclectic DJ sets and impromptu jamming sessions, music sits at the heart of everything at Shuffley Daze.
Across the long weekend you will hear a whole collection of sounds and styles. Folk, psych, electronica, global, indie, ambient, disco, breakbeat, neo-soul, UK garage and many more. What matters is not the genre, but the feeling and energy that comes through.

Beyond the music, it’s all about connection; with each other and with nature. Spend your days exploring the stunning surroundings, and your nights stargazing under some of the most jawdropping skies you’ll find. It’s a place to party and let loose but also to slow down, to let go and to switch off, to rejuvenate and to reenergise.

This is a place where the lines start to fade; between artist and audience, strangers and friends, day and night. Rooted in intimacy, it’s the kind of place where everything feels within reach: the music, the people, the moments in between. No long treks, no packed-out crowds, no constant queuing, just space to move, breathe, and take it all in at your own pace.

Our Values
Shuffley Daze is built on a love of music, kindness, respect and community.

We are proudly pro-trans and support non-binary humans. We actively celebrate and platform queer artists and audiences, and we are committed to creating a space where LGBTQIA+ people feel genuinely welcomed and visible.

We take a neurodivergent-aware approach to programming and production. This means considering sensory experience, providing quiet spaces, offering clear information in advance, and recognising that people engage with festivals in different ways.
We hope to create an atmosphere which is welcoming and inclusive for sober guests as well as those having a tipple or a few, so that everyone feels welcome and included here.

This Year's Theme:
Cosmic Beings
and Celestial Bodies

Saturday is our fancy dress day and this year’s theme is Cosmic Beings and Celestial Bodies.
Intended as a launch pad for creative inspiration, you can interpret this theme in whatever way feels right for you! Naturally, other fancy dress is welcome all weekend as well.
You could riff off names from constellations or the zodiac, like the Bear or Leo, or more literally as the moon or the sun, or some kind of shiny, antenna’d alien creature. Or even a cosmic kitten? Something that exists in the sky? Or maybe a science fair style, solar system hat? You could take inspiration from a space-related film, or go completely rogue and create something entirely new, straight from the depths of your own mind.
We’re excited to see your ethereal, galactic outfits and dance with you at the restaurant at the end of the universe!

Areas
There are four main areas at Shuffley Daze, all situated nice and close to each other.

On the Earth
Live performances on our main stage, in a stunning stone barn (complete with mezzanine) showcasing fledgling, emerging and headline artists. It also doubles as a late night ambient room after the live music ends.

Into the Fire
Late-night club room, with DJs spinning eclectic sets and global sounds on a top notch Void soundsystem, where you can dance until the sun comes up.

Under the Water
A kitted-out jamming space, for spontaneous improvisation and collaboration. A comfy corner complete with upright piano and acoustic instruments. Feel free to get involved and bring your own instruments… (but no drums please!)

Up in the Air
Open-air DJ dance lawn, which doubles up as a morning yoga and chill out area.

The In Between
Sofas and socialising are the name of the game. Come warm up by the fire and make some new friends in our charming indoor-outdoor barn.
Shuffley Markets
Makers, artisans and wellness practitioners, selling their skills and wares.
Babbers Corner
A covered area for families with young children and babies to unwind and care for their little ones.
We are a breast-feeding friendly site.

Venue

Shuffley Daze takes place at the beautiful Three Pools Permaculture Farm, a hidden gem tucked away in the foothills of the Black Mountains. Spread across acres of rolling pasture, woodland and orchards, it’s the kind of place that feels both wild and welcoming at the same time.
The site itself has been carefully shaped into a proper boutique festival space, with multiple dancefloors, some serious soundsystems, camping, hot showers, and all the essentials taken care of so you can settle in and enjoy!

Camping

Camping is included with your ticket, with the campsite found in a lovely scenic meadow, surrounded by woodland. Camping is divided into four areas: general camping, family camping, artist camping, and glamping (more info on this below). Please be mindful, the whole campsite is a quiet area - there are plenty of places to hang out if you’re not quite ready for bed. Camping is included in your ticket, so just bring your stuff and pitch up.
The campsite is less than a ten minute walk from the car park, and just five minutes from the music, making arrival and pack-down a breeze.
At the campsite, there are compost loos, hot showers (complete with Lush soaps), sinks and drinking water.
Please note, it has been known to get really cold this time of year, so bring plenty of warm layers and blankets.
This is not a joke!

Glamping
If you don’t fancy lugging your tent and bedding, there is a very nice glamping option: four man Bell Tents, complete with air bed, fairy lights and bedding. These are located by the main camping area, and have access to the campsite compost loos, hot showers (complete with Lush soaps), sinks and drinking water.
Bell Tents can be booked through the Three Pools Website soon.
If you’re looking for someone to share a bell tent with, join our Whatsapp Community to find a glamping buddy or two:

Facilities
Camping, Site & Facilities
Three Pools has pretty much everything you need, without losing the feeling of being immersed in nature.

Multiple barns have been carefully restored into proper gig spaces, with three indoor areas and some serious soundsystems. It feels intimate, but still delivers those epic festival moments!

Everything on site is set up to make things easy. There is a fully licensed bar and on-site food stall serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and little snacks in between. Using seasonal produce grown on-site wherever possible, expect nourishing, thoughtfully prepared meals that reflect the ethos of the farm. There are veggie, vegan and gluten free options to cater for all diets, alongside meats reared on the farm.

There are hot showers and well-kept facilities across the site, including eco-friendly compost loos, and even a proper plumbed-in, wooden, chalet-styled, indoor toilet block, complete with skylight, mirrors and hand dryers! You read that right… proper toilets at a festival! Talk about luxury?!

Accessibility and Inclusion
Physical Access and Practical Info

The site is a rural permaculture farm with established experience hosting small and medium-scale festivals and events. While areas are largely level and without stairs, the ground is not fully step-free due to natural terrain, and the main toilet facilities are plumbed but not entirely step-free.

Parking and van access are located on-site, within a two-minute walk of the main areas and toilets.

About our site:

-
The site has natural ground rather than full tarmac, so while it is largely step free it is not entirely wheelchair accessible.
-
Indoor areas have steps into doorways.
-
Plumbed toilets are available (not fully step-free).
-
Compost toilets have multiple steps to access.
-
Quiet / chill spaces will be available throughout the weekend.
-
Stewards will be visible on-site, who can triage support needs.
-
Clear site maps and layout information will be shared in advance.
-
We will provide information about lighting and sensory environments before the event. Please check back after September.
-
We aim to create a welcoming space for neurodivergent people, however we ask those with high support needs to get in touch in advance. This is to see where we could organise potential accommodations, as it may not be suitable for all needs, and we’d rather discuss this with you or carers first.
If you have access needs, require a carer/PA ticket, or would benefit from discussing adjustments in advance, please emails us with the subject line ‘Accessibility Requirements’ at: shuffleydaze@outlook.com

We will always do our best to accommodate and support wherever possible.

Artist Selection & Representation

At Shuffley Daze, we intend for our acts to be representative of the community, and ensure our line-up includes FLINTA acts, queer and neurodivergent artists, alongside representation from artists of global majority backgrounds.
The festival takes place in a rural area with fewer artist development opportunities. While Bristol acts as a major musical hub within reach, it can be culturally and professionally difficult to break into, particularly for emerging artists without industry backing. Shuffley Daze creates an accessible stepping-stone, offering professional performance opportunities without the pressures of larger urban scenes and a place where creative community can be nurtured. The majority of our line up is made up of fledgling acts, supported by the presence of our emerging and headline artists, providing an attentive audience at all levels. Please come support our new artists, as well as the ones you already know. You are guaranteed to find some gems.

We hope that our under-represented communities feel welcome and seen at Shuffley Daze, but if you have any feedback or comments we are always looking to learn and improve. Please feel free to reach out.

Avoiding Overwhelm
Shuffley Daze aims to be an accessible festival for those with anxiety or chronic health conditions. Informed through conversations with lived experience experts, we have made sure there are quieter spaces around the site, clear steward presence and support, information on distances from car park to camping, and no over-crowding. If you have specific needs you’d like to discuss with us, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Just drop us an email to shuffleydaze@outlook.com with the title ‘Accessibility Enquiry’.

Shuffley Daze seeks to model a micro-festival culture where emotional safety, artistic risk-taking and community accountability coexist. Inclusivity is not treated as an add-on but embedded structurally, through scale, programming, representation, communication and safeguarding systems, enabling artists, audiences and emerging professionals to feel genuinely welcomed, represented and able to participate.

Our Mission
Shuffley Daze is a small, intentional gathering where music, community and emotional honesty meet.

We create space for emerging artists, cross-cultural sounds and creative risk, delivered with care, safety, and respect for the land.

Rooted in intimacy rather than scale, we believe festivals can feel expansive without being overwhelming, celebratory without being overly hedonistic, and joyful without leaving anyone behind.
Environmental Commitment
We recognise that festivals have an environmental impact. Our scale and design aim to minimise this wherever possible.

-
Composting and low-impact toilet systems.
-
Structured waste management and recycling points.
-
A Leave No Trace policy for all attendees.
-
Reduced single-use plastics across bars and site operations.
-
A consciously small-scale model to reduce infrastructure load and resource demand.
-
Working with local independent makers and artisans.
